This report was created to serve as a comprehensive initiative to end homelessness in the State of Montana. Included are strategies to both address the needs of various subpopulations and eliminate homelessness for these populations, including the chronically homeless. The creation of affordable housing and prevention at the systems level are two main goals of this plan.
