Snohomish County recommends six long term policy initiatives which will create and sustain the necessary solutions in ending homelessness: expand affordable housing, expand prevention efforts, develop a community wide access system, demand-side creation of affordable housing, maintenance of existing housing stock, and the creation of supportive or service enriched housing.
