In March, Representatives Gwen Moore (D-WI) and Geoff Davis (R-KY) circulated a McKinney-Vento Appropriations Congressional Sign-On Letter in the House. The letter requests that McKinney-Vento programs receive a funding level of $2.4 billion in FY 2011.

The letter is directed to Representatives John Olver (D-MA), Chairman of the House Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development (T-HUD) Appropriations Subcommittee, and Tom Latham, Ranking Member of the House T-HUD Subcommittee.
