In recent years, the political, economic, and budgetary climates have forced advocates to reexamine how they shape and advance their policy priorities. Presenters will describe strategies for developing a realistic policy agenda that works to advance efforts to end homelessness as well as messages that resonate with policymakers in the current environment. Participants should plan on sharing their own successful advocacy messaging strategies.
