To help the 246 households that are homeless in Middlesex County on a given night, the Ten Year Plan will create 303 permanent affordable and supportive housing units to help people who are currently homeless. To prevent homelessness, the plan will create a housing assistance fund for people who are at risk. The plan also offers services, including an Employment Service Pilot to help homeless people secure employment and a Housing & Services Consortium.
