Files: PDF | 1652 KB | 46 pages

The Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness in the Greater Windham Region focuses on better housing, safety nets and employment and income. For housing, the plan suggests increased affordable permanent housing, preventing people from losing their homes in the first place and encourage development. To create safety nets, the plan supports available services, including health and dental care, especially for veterans and people being discharged from institutions. Employment and income goals will be achieved by making jobs easier to obtain and maintain for homeless and low-income people.
