Working in conjunction with the Heartland Continuum of Care, the Mayor’s Homeless Task Force developed a ten year plan to end chronic homelessness in the City of Springfield. Through strategic planning and goal-setting these entities came together and endorsed a plan to end chronic homelessness in Springfield by 2014.
