The Guilford County plan to end homelessness targets the county's more than 200 chronically homeless and also the other 1,000 homeless. The plan's Housing Objective seeks to provide permanent, non-restrictive, supportive housing. The Prevention and Supportive Services Objective seeks to provide prevention services to people at risk of becoming chronically homeless and to provide supportive services for those who are currently chronically homeless.
