This Evaluation Methodology document establishes the purpose, definition, goal-setting, and reporting methodology for each of the indicators that the Community Shelter Board (CSB) and the Continuum of Care (CoC) currently track for their reporting needs.

Purpose: identifies the reason for the indicator
Programs: identifies the programs for which an indicator applies
Definition: CSB or CoC/HUD definition for the indicator
Goal-setting methodology: used by each agency to set goals around the indicator
Reporting methodology: detailed description on how CSB is calculating the indicator
