We are excited to welcome you to Rapid Re-Housing Learning Collaborative 1, a learning opportunity that will help your organization improve rapid re-housing services to homeless families in [State]. The goal of the Learning Collaborative is to grow the rapid re-housing model to house more families quickly, reducing the length of time families spend homeless in [State].

Over the next year, teams from participating organizations in your collaborative will learn from each other and from experts in the rapid re-housing model, while setting bold but achievable goals for themselves. Your participation in the Learning Collaborative will provide you the opportunity to learn together with other organizations, brainstorm ideas and solutions to improve rapid re-housing models, and support each other’s efforts.  To do this, your team will join in conference calls, in-person meetings, peer site visits, hands on technical assistance, and webinars with national experts and other organizations in your collaborative.

The information is this packet will help your organization prepare for the Learning Collaborative and Session 1. Part 1 of this packet includes training materials on rapid re-housing and other background information that your team will review. Part 2 of this packet includes forms that your team must complete and return to [Organization] via email. Each member of your organizations team must review this packet in its entirety, and complete and return the appropriate forms included in it by [Date].
