The vision of the “Blueprint to End Homelessness in Greenville County, South Carolina” is in Greenville County, every person will have a place to call home that is safe, affordable, and accessible. The mission of the plan is to create a broad base of support for ending homelessness in Greenville County. To accomplish these tasks, the plan has identified the goals of prevention, services, affordable housing, data gathering and reporting, funding and resources, and planning committee effectiveness. The Blueprint was published in October of 2005.
