The annual Capitol Hill Day is always held on the last afternoon of the Alliance's Annual Conference in July in Washington, DC. This year it will be held on Wednesday, July 18.

Each year, the Alliance recruits State Captains to lead and coordinate their state's advocacy activities during the conference. This toolkit provides step-by-step information to help State Captains maximize their effectiveness in organizing Capitol Hill Day.
