J-Quad & Associates, LLC of Dallas, Texas have produced “A Strategic Plan to End Chronic Homelessness in Seven Years, Corpus Christi, Texas.” The steps involved in ending chronic homelessness in the plan are: 1) Plan for outcomes, 2) Close the front door, 3) Open the back door, 4) Build the infrastructure. The Plan also includes recommendations, action steps, goals, and involved agencies all along a specific timeline.
