Michelle Flynn of The Road Home described their program model, which has already re-housed over 150 homeless families in the first four months of operation. Sarah Brenna of the Utah Department of Workforce Services provided an overview of how Utah TANF resources are being used to support prevention and re-housing assistance and the state’s plan to use the TANF Emergency Contingency Fund to provide support for a second year of funding.
