In this webinar, speakers discussed how prospective grantees can successfully navigate important changes to the competition. Under this current NOFA, HUD will award $1.7 billion in funds for fiscal year (FY) 2013.

The webinar provides guidance on how youth providers, advocates, and others can partner with Continuums of Care (CoCs) to ensure a successful youth-inclusive Point-In-Time (PIT) count in 2013. Speakers stress the importance of conducting an accurate PIT count to promote social policies that will end youth homelessness. Speakers also discuss how to involve youth in planning and implementing the PIT count.
