HEARTH Clinic: Iowa

The Center for Capacity Building offers a 1.5 day HEARTH Implementation clinic, where leaders and stakeholders from your community will come together to:

• Assess your community’s performance on key HEARTH performance measures Create an action plan to implement cost effective strategies that will help you reduce homelessness and better meet the goals of the HEARTH Act Determine the most appropriate governance structure to facilitate action plan implementation.
• Clinics will include small and large group discussions, system (re)design and modification planning sessions, and presentations on best practices.
• Clinic participants will also receive hands-on technical assistance with data analysis and system assessment in preparation for the clinic and follow up implementation support.
