The 2015 Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) is the most competitive NOFA ever and strongly encourages communities to be very strategic in their local competition in order to prioritize projects based on their performance and HUD’s policy priorities. This webinar will give concrete examples of how to conduct a fair and competitive project review and ranking process in your community. Kelly King Horne, Executive Director of Homeward in Richmond Virginia will share their process for setting funding priorities and evaluating and scoring projects. Cynthia Nagendra, Director of the Alliance’s Center for Capacity Building will provide strategies for conducting a local funding process. This webinar is targeted to collaborative applicants, Continuum of Care leadership and board members, and CoC-funded project applicants.
