Community Plans

The development of local ten years plans began in 2000 when the Alliance announced "A Plan, Not A Dream: How to End Homelessness in Ten Years." Since then, hundreds of communities have developed local plans based on this template.

Over 243 ten year plans to end homelessness have been completed in various states, regions, or local communities.  Locate plans using an interactive map or the Alliance’s online database. If your community has a completed plan that is not included, please email the plan to Emanuel Cavallaro.
