Learning Collaborative Toolkit
|A Learning Collaborative is an opportunity for organizations to make changes in the way they operate, while being supported by their peers and experts in rapid re-housing. This toolkit is a collection of resources for communities interested in holding a Rapid Re-Housing Learning Collaborative.|
A Rapid Re-Housing Learning Collaborative can help your community improve rapid re-housing services. Participating organizations, with assistance from their peers and national experts in rapid re-housing, establish their own ambitious goals for how to improve their rapid re-housing programs. Participants receive training and participate in conference calls, in-person meetings, peer site visits, hands on technical assistance, and webinars with national experts and other organizations in their collaborative. The resources on this page were developed by the Alliance for a Rapid Re-Housing Learning Collaborative held in Virginia between May 2013 and February 2014.
