The Alliance believes that homelessness is a problem with a solution, but the solution requires outcome-focused, research-based, and targeted changes in federal policies and resources. This section is designed to share information about key legislation that creates, modifies, or funds federal programs impacting people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
