This webinar discusses the process for transitional housing providers to assess and evaluate their programs and consider the options and models to retool their programs to assist people to move more quickly into permanent housing. During this webinar, presenters from the Alliance highlight keys aspects of the planning process for retooling, and provide community examples of retooled programs.
