1.4: Strategies for Working with Undocumented and Refugee Families Identifying and providing homeless assistance to undocumented and refugee families is complicated by real and perceived legal and cultural barriers. Providers in communities with large undocumented and refugee populations have developed innovative strategies for overcoming these challenges.
