Congressional Testimonies

The Alliance testifies before Congress on federal legislation about homelessness, providing the best available data and research.
The Alliance has testified about the need for adequate funding for programs in the U.S. Departments of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Health and Human Services (HHS) that affect homeless and at-risk populations. The Alliance has also testified before Congress on the impact of specific legislation and various issues, such as the current recession, on homelessness in the United States.
