Instructions for Listening to the Audio Conference by Phone
To participate by phone, please call 1-800-403-3303 between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM CDT. Registration is required prior to participating in the conference call. The phone-in option has an approximate cost of $30. Questions? Contact us at (202) 638-1526.
Instructions for Listening to the Audio Conference on the Web
Please follow the instructions below to listen to the call via the webcast and submit questions and comments by email. To Listen on the Web You Need:
- Windows Media Player software - it usually comes preinstalled on your computer.
A sound card in your computer - on the back of your computer you should be able to see the place to plug in headphones or speakers. - Speakers and/or headphones
Days Before the Audio Conference
Verify that Windows Media Player is working. On your computer, go to Programs/Accessories/Entertainment (or Multimedia)/ Windows Media Player. Click on Play and see if it works.
If it doesn't work - or if you do not have Windows Media Player, download the latest version of the software and install it on your computer. You need to do this several days before the call, because it takes time to download and install Media Player.
On the Day of the Audio Conference
On the day of the Audio Conference, click here to listen to the call. The link will go live at 2:30 pm EST, a half hour before the audio conference. The link will open in Windows Media Player. If you have problems connecting to the audio conference, click here.
During the Audio Conference:
In addition to listening to the audio conference, webcast participants are invited to ask questions or submit comments during the discussion part of the call. To do so, please email questions and comments to audio@naeh.org.

If you are unable to connect to the call, remember that these calls are audio recorded. They will be available on in mp3 format within a month in the Alliance Media Library.
